I probably have driven John nuts these past few weeks while trying to set up a new laptop and printer but he has been the most patient and kind human being I've net in awhile. He knows his business, full of reams of information and patient to a fault. I recommend him highly to anyone in need of tech service who has grown weary of people who really could care less.

Everything about the service, from beginning to end, was amazing! I called the office number yesterday, left a Voicemail, and received a call back within 20 mins! John was on a service call but answered my questions and invited me to bring my 2007 Acer in the next day (today). He will provide instructions on how to find him but it was easy to find even without his guidance. His office was very comfortable and interesting to wait in. He had a slideshow playing that shows what I assume is from his previous work. He was able to retrieve the photos from my 16 year old computer and put them on one of my external hard drives. He was done with everything in less than an hour. I am so glad I found him! Angie

What a blessing to come across John and his staff. From the moment I connected with Ashley about my problem until leaving the office, I felt heard. John noted that he may not be able to help me but would take a look. Several others had declined to even do that. John made the repairs and explained everything to me. What a refreshing way to start the week! I’ve already told my staff about the experience.
